Diablo 4 and Overwatch 2 Join GeForce Now
2 min readThe gaming community is in for a treat as Diablo 4 and Overwatch 2 are the latest additions to Nvidia’s cloud gaming service, GeForce Now. These announcements were made during Nvidia’s CES 2024 keynote, following the deal between Nvidia and Activision Blizzard’s parent company, Microsoft.
Diablo IV, a mega-hit for Blizzard, was released last July and has been regularly updated since then. In our review, we praised its stunning sequel with near-perfect endgame and progression design. Overwatch 2, a team-based hero shooter, was released in early access in October 2022 and has a full release scheduled for a year later. Our review noted that the game’s switch to a 5v5 format breathes new life into the series but hasn’t quite recaptured all of its former glory.
Nvidia has not yet announced a release date for when both games will be available on the service, but they will be added “soon.” Additionally, Nvidia made other announcements for GeForce Now, including the ability for Ultimate membership tier subscribers to use cloud G-Sync technology and the availability of 1440p resolution for all GeForce Now members with Android smartphones.

I hope hopefully geforce now adds blizzard store too, i own diablo 4 on the blizzard storefront. Of course when diabo 4 gets added to gamepass it will have xbox on geforce now for pc gamepass so it will be fantastic. Looking forward to playing overwatch 2 at 4k max settings on geforce now.

Honestly I hope the battle net launcher is going to die soon with the catalogue moved to xbox app for GP stuff and steam for the rest, it would also be easier for GFN since they already support both store/launchers.
