Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare Gets First RTX Remix Path Tracing Mod

The first version of the RTX Remix Mod for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare has been released by modder ‘xoxor4d’. This mod adds full ray tracing/path tracing to the game, showcasing visual improvements in some scenes. However, it may have various graphical glitches due to being based on the RTX Remix Runtime, which came out in April 2023. The future RTX Remix Mods, once NVIDIA releases RTX Remix in Open Beta, will have better tools for adjusting lighting and overhauling materials.
