Jimenez, 28, had a successful first season with the Braves, showcasing a 3.04 ERA in 59 appearances and accumulating 73 strikeouts over 56.3 innings. He emerged as one of Atlanta’s most reliable relievers, particularly in the second half of the season, where he posted a 2.27 ERA in his final 41 appearances.
