Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio Releases New Patch for Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth

2 min read

Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio, the renowned Japanese video game developer, has recently released a new patch for its popular title, Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth. The update, titled 1.15, brings a host of bug fixes and improvements to the game.

One of the most significant issues addressed in this patch is the stuttering that could occur when enabling DLSS 3 Frame Generation. This problem has been a source of frustration for many players, and the studio has now resolved it. However, it’s important to note that while the patch fixes the stuttering issue, it does not improve the performance of DLSS 3 Frame Generation.

The best way to play the game on a high-end RTX GPU is by using DLAA (Deep Learning Anti-Aliasing). Unfortunately, you cannot enable AMD FSR 3.0 Frame Generation with DLAA. This wouldn’t be a problem if FSR 3.0 Super Resolution could compete with DLSS 3 Super Resolution. However, the image quality of DLSS 3 is still superior to what AMD’s upscaling tech currently offers.

Apart from the DLSS 3 Frame Generation fix, the patch also addresses a rare bug that caused the game to crash during Sujimon battles. Additionally, it resolves an issue in Hawaii where characters would get stuck in walls during fights, which was interfering with progress.

The character models in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth are truly impressive, making it the best-looking Yakuza/Like a Dragon game to date. The screenshots below showcase the game’s stunning visuals.

Like always, Steam will download this patch the next time you launch its client. Below you can find the complete changelog for the update.
